It was working fine, just one day I turned it on the cursor does not show up. We do have 3 startup scripts and actually got an error related to one of them. This will allow you to have internet connectivity while on Windows Safe Mode. If my Laptop is affected with that problem then program will be cloned .
You can most likely put the battery in at this point also, but you might as well keep it out for now.
