I have windows 10 on my laptop PC Samsung. Programs listed here obviously run every time Windows starts, in addition to any startup programs already listed in your own machine's registry. I'm stuck with this right now and the only other solution for me would be to delete dropbox entirely. Recently I switched to Start Menu and everything working perfectly. Check This Out
